Essentials is the starting point for leadership. This environment is for anyone aspiring to lead or looking to develop their leadership skills. The classes are designed to help you sharpen your people skills and cultivate a spirit of excellence when leading in your home, at your workplace, or here at Tribe City. The curriculum is developed and led by our leadership team and has a duration of 1-8 weeks.

Essentials 101- Rooted

This eight-week journey is designed to equip you with the tools, guidance, and support you need to start your walk with Jesus. It's the perfect space to explore the "how-to" questions every believer has. In Essentials You'll

• Explore the Bible

• Engage in prayer and serve experiences

• Share stories and build community

• Practice the rhythms essential to a healthy spiritual life.

Essentials 202- Abide (Must have completed Essentials 101)

In a world that runs at a relentless pace, our souls often pay the price. Many of us are walking through life spiritually tired, emotionally overwhelmed, or quietly searching for something deeper. We need more than survival—we need restoration.

We’re stepping into a four-week journey called Abide—a time to slow down, breathe deep, and encounter the healing presence of Jesus through the Gospel of John.

John’s Gospel isn’t just a record of Jesus’ miracles or teachings—it’s a deeply personal invitation to abide, to be known, and to be renewed from the inside out. Each week, we’ll look at a powerful moment where Jesus meets someone in their place of spiritual or emotional need—and brings peace, clarity, healing, and hope.

Over four weeks, we’ll explore:

• WEEK 1 — Abide in His Presence: Rest for the Soul

• WEEK 2 — Abide in His Word: Renewal for the Mind

• WEEK 3 — Abide in His Love: Healing for the Heart

• WEEK 4 — Abide in His Mission: Overflow for the World

Essentials 303- Lead (Launching in Fall 2026)

(Must have completed courses 101 and 201)

Lead is a 6-week group experience based on the book Jesus, The High Road Leader. In a divided world filled with anger and bitterness, Jesus modeled a better way—the high road. In this group, you’ll learn how to lead like Jesus by embracing high-road principles rooted in His teaching from the Sermon on the Mount. This course will challenge you to become the kind of leader the world needs—one who reflects the heart and character of Jesus.

Essentials 404- Teach (Launching in Fall 2026)

(Must have completed courses 101, 202, 303,)

Teach is a 6 week group experience designed to help you communicate the bible effectively. We’ll explore:

• The Calling — Why We Teach the Word

• The Context — How to Study the Word

• The Craft — How to Communicate the Word

• The Charge — Living and Leading by the Word
